Ballroom

Travel back in time to the grace and style of the Ballroom era, with one of State Street Ballet’s most crowd-pleasing and vibrant repertory programs! An homage to the days of Ellington, Piazzolla, Gershwin, Sinatra and more, this elegant, yet edgy program will have you swaying in your seat and tapping your feet.

With diverse selections ranging from the passion of the Tango to the luxurious beauty of the Waltz, this eclectic program has delighted both music and dance audiences throughout the United States. State Street Ballet’s world-class dancers bring an uplifting and enthusiastic vibe throughout this mixed-rep program, making it perfect for audiences of all ages and backgrounds.

Minimal sets and smaller groups of dancers make this program easier for production and tech times, and more accessible to diverse venues. Outreach and education opportunities are available, such as study guides and in-theatre lecture demonstrations for students from the elementary level through high school.
